Rent will be $150pw until the end of December and then it will go up to its original price of $175pw in 2013.

Power works out to be between $30 and $40 a month and Internet is $13 a month (unlimited)

The previous flatmate left behind a double bed which is up for grabs if anyone doesnt have their own.
