All the services such as Phone, Power, Wireless Broadband Internet etc. are provided so there's no need to worry about paying bills or splitting them.

Arguments over who's turn it is to buy the toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid... or who used your laundry powder!!!??? Never again! I also provide all the common use consumables.

Security for your own room? - Not a problem, your room is lockable.

Sick & tired of a messy dirty flat... here it is clean, tidy & well organised.

Working shiftwork, studying or just appreciate your peace and quiet? on top of normal Respect & Consideration we have a few house rules to keep it this way, like 'no parties' for eg.

& best of all, it's just a normal house on a normal street in a normal neighbourhood

Oh, & by the way, this is the largest room in the house, with a nice double wardrobe, & yes, it is suitable for a couple.
