158 Totara Rd, Miramar

$135 per week added on 12 Aug
Location: Wellington City, Wellington
Rooms: 4 bedrooms
Flatmates: 1 other flatmate
Parking: Street parking

Currently we have 3 professionals living in the flat - 2 males and 1 female. We are in our 20s and are awesome to be around.

There are 2 nearby bus stops. The buses that go past are the number 2, 18, 24, 30, 31. Two of us drive, and I don't mind giving out lifts if it's on the way somewhere.

The rent is $135 a week plus $30 expenses per week. The expenses will cover power, internet, and basic provisions. 2 weeks rent in advanced and 2 weeks bond is how we roll.

We don't typically cook together as our schedules don't always match. But we do dine together occasionally.

Our cleaning arrangements are pretty straight-forward. We have a basic cleaning roster that rotates once a week. This way everyone can get a piece of the cleaning action.

Sometimes during the weekend we light the brazier in the backyard and roast some marshmallows. We are a pretty laid-back bunch without too many expectations. As long as you're respectful and clean up after yourself then everything should work out A OK.

If you have any questions then please feel free to contact me.

Take care

    Kem

24, Male, Asian, No special diet, No religion, Working.

My name is Kem. I am working casually as a community support worker for people with intellectual disabilities and also coach Muay Thai on the side. I have been training in Muay Thai for 7 years and coaching for 2 years. The last 3 months I was running a Dojo 4 nights a week but have decided to have a break and reduce that to 2 nights a week operating from home. Apart from training I enjoy doing outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, or climbing things. I am quite an active person so I tend to enjoy activities that require a bit of physicalness. I like to socialise as well. This may be in the form of the above activities or just a casual drink with friends. My mid-term plan is to buy a van then do a four week trip around New Zealand during this coming summer. Apart from that my focus is usually on training, work, or figuring out an interesting way to spend my weekend.
