I have lived in this cool place for about 18 months, the first year on my own and then had a super cool American flatmate until a few weeks ago.

The lounge/kitchen has all day sun, big kitchen table that pulls out. Kitchen is fully equipped (I love to cook!)

Lounge has two big couches for lounging on, with a big window with a cook view of the rugged backyard (well, side yard really)

The room has a single bed and desk at the moment but I can arrange for them to be gone if needed. There is a huge built in wardrobe and plenty of space for all your stuff.

Split bills as they come in (around $50-60 per month each), share cleaning when it needs doing. I like to share a meal in the evenings.

I'm male, 23, brew beer, play music, cook food, drink wine and enjoy having a laugh. To pay the bills I teach children about the wonders of mathematics.
