Hi there! We are looking for a friendly flat mate to join our three bedroom flat in Aro Valley. We are all Vic students and it only takes us 15 mins tops to stroll to uni each day! We study hard but also like to socialise and go out. The bedroom is the master bedroom and really big and sunny. Lovely big deck and the whole flat has been done up in the last year, fully carpeted and a big bathroom and kitchen. The room is easily big enough for a couple and has a huge wardrobe. 15 mins walk to cuba. Existing flatmates are 2 females and 1 male and we don't mind which you are :) Smokers ok outside though we don't smoke and a cat negotiable. Plenty of parking on street. We are all very clean responsible flatties :)
