We, Dayle & Birgit, currently have rooms available in Cargill Street (Dunedin, City Centre) for the purpose of renting to international/mature students.

We have had international students from Canada, Germany & Australia staying with us in 2011 in a different property.

Because all amenities will be included in the price, we anticipate to rent rooms at a cost of NZ$170-210/week, depending on the size of the room. There are 6 rooms available. The price includes wireless broadband internet, heating, electricity, shared cooking, bathroom & laundry facilities. The rooms are furnished (bed, linen, towels, desk & chair, wardrobe). The shared facilities will be cleaned & serviced.

We have both lived in Europe and also travelled through Europe, South America & Australasia and love meeting people from other parts of the world! Hence, our drive to create a place where people from different backgrounds can live, study, and 'hang out' together.
