We are three females looking for another 2 people to join our flat. We are 20 minutes walk to uni and close to supermarket, shops and bus stops. Our flat is newly renovated, with a new kitchen, new carpet and heatpump. The house is fully insulated so is very warm. It is also fully furnished and beds are available in both rooms. Rent is 110 pw and we also have sky and internet. Untilities cost 21 pw which includes power, sky and internet. We have a plasma tv also. We all are students and like to have fun but also no how to work hard.
