Situated in Hokowhitu, we're looking for a 3rd flatmate to join us - ideally suited to a vet student.

You'll be living with an engaged couple with 2 well behaved dogs and a cat (don't worry, we wont ever expect you to babysit the animals or care for them outside of a friendly pat every now and then!). We are quiet, nerdy folks who spend a lot of time on the computer and watch movies. The place is fully furnished with 2 bathrooms (you'll have full and sole access to a bathroom and toilet of your own).

We're incredibly easy going but require a mature and responsible flatmate who will be expected to cook their own meals, look after their own laundry and do your own dishes (sorry, you wont be able to have parties or mass gatherings here!).

There's plenty of parking so you don't have to park on the street. If required, we have a bed and a desk that we can set you up with).

Weekly rent includes internet, power, phone (not including toll calls) and gas.

$150 per week non-negotiable.
