Cozy 2 story house with log burner. BIG section!! Very sunny and homely. Country living but close to all amenities. NO neighbors = No sound control! Walking distance to Lincoln village and Uni. 5min drive to Rolleston which has Wharehouse, restaurants, bars etc. $200 a week includes all the bills such as food, power, phone, internet and sky. I do all the cooking and cleaning but doesn't mean to say that others cant cook. All we ask is to tidy up after yourself. We like to chill with a few drinks in the weekends, do stuff round the house, site seeing (we are from Northland) and catch up with mates etc.
We are a family of 3 Mum, Dad and 4 year old boy. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Hoping to get set up so we can have some Vege garden, chickens, sheep and maybe a couple of pigs out the back. We are all pretty easy going people. Mums the farmer, Dads the builder and our boy goes to daycare 5 days a week full time. We live up stairs and the potential flatmate will live downstairs and have a large bed room with ranch slider door onto the deck. Its the sunniest room in the house. Room includes a double bed if needed and a desk with a double wardrobe.
