House is currently getting EQC work done only painting inside so will be fresh and clean, new carpet in the bedrooms and hallway.

The bedroom is big, has a queen bed, with head board, can supply a set draws but they not that nice, has a massive wardrobe, with a mirror on the inside of one the doors it is inbuilt, with storage above, if you want to supply your own bed and draws that is fine by me

The house is easy to keep warm, power is cheap, insulated, no fly's.

The Garage/Gym is internal access I have a flat bench, incline bench, lat pull down, leg curls and 150kg of plates 2 bar bells, ezi curl and tri bar. Few other things as well I think

It a back section in Dampier street, off Ferry road, is very quiet, and peaceful, BBQ out the back, with a vegie garden but not many vegies, Lemon tree is good in season.

Open plan kitchen, large lounge, bath over shower.

Rent cost is $160 that includes power and internet I don't have a landline but if you wanted one I could add it on, but at your expense as I don't use one.

I can show you around but its a lil dusty atm, from the sanding ready to be painted. Im also un sure when it is ready for me to move back in so looking in advanced.
