This is a lovely wee house in Sumner, two blocks from the beach, one block to a few bus stops. we always seem to have better weather out this way. located in the flat sumner, no quake issues.

3 room house, 2 rooms available, one is cheaper at $150. for both rooms this price includes power, internet, furnishings, general flat expenses such as TP. Large room has large bed, smaller single room has king single bed. each room has wardrobe. old flatmate moved out leaving me with the mattresses in the lounge, getting some help to move them to the right spots very soon, so dont mind the mattresses in the photo of the lounge.

off street parking with gates to the driveway for extra security.
good sized backyard, and nice patio area out the front of the house.

good neighbourhood, mostly quiet people around, great wee area.

We also have a heatpump in the house.
To live with a young artist who works part time and spends time painting away in the studio. A lovely young dog lives with me, I would prefer to have just the one pet on the property. Ideal flatty will like dogs, be friendly, tidy etc.
Would prefer not to have any young children in the house. Am open to most people in need of a home.

  I am an artist working within sumner on a few small projects here and there, I work in a restaurant down the road to pay the bills. I spend my days around the house painting and taking the dog Lily out for walks and to chase the seagulls on the beach. I'm tidy, considerate and friendly. I love watching movies, listening to music.
