3 bedroom townhouse with 1 bathroom.

Room (unfurnished) available in townhouse - it has a cupboard and is big enough to walk round with a queen bed. The pics couldn't really capture the room's size! 15 mins walk from Northlands Mall.

House is in a quiet cul-de-sac off Sawyers Arms Road. It's warm, kitchen and lounge are spacious. Garden has a bbq/food area.

Current housemates are male (29) and female (26). Male works full-time (usually out during evenings) and is into football and languages. Female works full-time. We sometimes go out at the weekends and have mid-week drinks but we're no party animals (just sometimes haha). Would suit someone in their 20's (we'd probably prefer a female) and working full-time.

Bond 2 weeks, rent paid 1 week in advance (automatic payment is a must). We also pay $25 p/w which typically covers power, internet and basic groceries.

We have just got an awesome wee kitten so you would ideally like cats :)
