Two fully-furnished double-rooms are available:
Room1 ($140/wk) has double bed, mattress, duvet, pillows, built-in wardrobe, desk, bookcase and a view to the Southern Alps.
Room2 ($130/wk) has a single divan bed, mattress, duvet, pillows, built-in wardrobe, desk and bookcase.

Weekly expenses are $40 which includes power, landline, broadband, SKY with T-Box recorder and basic household supplies (e.g. toilet paper, cleaning products). Oh, water and air is free too :)

Large wooden north-facing deck overlooking the garden, Alps and the occasional sheep grazing right up to the fence. Gas BBQ, awning and outdoors picnic table means you can look forward to the warm evenings ahead (unless, of course, if you are a snowman).

House is a spacious 120sqm, fully double-glazed and catches the sun all day. Separate toilet/bathroom. Dining/lounge area is open plan and served by a 6kW heatpump, so is very warm. Also have a Cleanaire ventilation system which keeps air dry and fresh.

Safest TC1(grey) land, never had to claim for EQC damage. Quiet and serene area at the end of a no-exit street. 5 mins from Hornby Mall. Viewing best on evenings and weekends.

I work full-time as a research engineer and I enjoy cooking, travelling, languages, tramping, movies and meeting new people. I would like to find flatmates who are friendly, laid-back, tidy and has an interesting hobby (picking your nose doesn't count).
