We are a flat of 2 girls and 3 guys but one guy has opted to move out to live with family. We are all students. 2 are studying mechanical engineering, 1 is studying geology and I am studying speech and language therapy! We all study fairly hard and aren't party animals. We do enjoy having friends over for a few quiet drinks though.
3 out of 4 are christian and attend bryndwr baptist church which is just a block away and also a bible study. We would love for you to come with us!
The girls of the flat are vegetarian. We cook vegetarian on our nights to cook. The guys cook vegetarian or a meat and vegetarian option. We would expect you to cook one week night and cook at least a vegetarian option.
We each have a different cleaning job. The guy that is leaving was the vacuum-er so if you were happy to do that once a week that would be great!
On top of the rent we pay $50/week for food, unlimited internet and power into the flat account. We buy snack food ourselves.
We would love someone who is easy going and is keen to move in asap. The lease is until Dec 2nd.
