our house is the only residential house on the street so after 5 pm all is quiet and peaceful. The landlord lets us put up pictures decorate as we like. We have been here nine years so long term is possible. We are just 10 minutes from lynmall and the major transport center, cafes resteraunts bars equally close and handy.
If pool is your thing we are just 8 minutes walk from a shooters pool bar. we are friendly and welcoming. My partner and I do the cooking and cleaning around the house mostly, though you are welcome to help out with the odd meal and hand with the dishes and other chores. we are not a party house but we do enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. we have cats so cat freindly people are welcome and smokers also as my partner smokes. room is presently un furnished we could provide a chest of drawers but will have to provide own bed.
Medium sized room, shower and bath and the bath is a lovely deep one. If you love a long hot soak, your in luck. Toilet is seperate from the bathroom.
15 minutes drive to central city or if public transport a 3 stage trip on the really frequent buses into work and your there. Be home and out of the rat race in 35 minutes even if your busing it.
This room is vacant and available immediately.
