Looking for two reliable flatmates to fill two double rooms in a lovely Glen Eden house. 1 Existing Flatmate currently
Very nicely presented elevated three double bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other flattie as I have the en suite room. Your bathroom has a shower over bath and the washing machine is also there for all our clothes washing pleasure!
Open plan living, with a great entertainers deck off the lounge, a DVS system and a large panel heater with a timer - kitchen with dishwasher, range hood. Out the back of the property is a nice rockery garden - and the lawns are included in the rent.
Main areas are furnished – you will need your bedroom furniture. Brownie points if you have a dining suite as I haven't bought one as yet!
I'm in my early 30s, mature, down to earth, with a good sense of humor – I'm a sociable sort and enjoy having my friends come over for a few drinks and visits but in saying that am not the huge party animal who wants where she lives trashed on a weekly basis – I am looking for some like minded professionals to live with who are good value, sociable, clean, tidy and decent. Must be able to pay your rent and bills on time.
$180 a week per person (one weeks rent in advance) plus expenses – all that standard power, water expense stuff, as well as landline, internet and Sky
3 Weeks Bond required - $ 540 per person
References etc required please – as requested by my Property Manager who will need to do these checks before you can move in.
