House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a double internal garage and a study.
Current tenants are a mother (21) and daughter (4) who live up the opposite end of the house so it is quiet and private.
Rarely anyone home so you will mostly have the house to yourself, flat is easy going.
I am currently living in the flat and need to find someone to replace myself as im leaving on the 24/07/2012.
If you have furniture it would be a plus but not essential0 as some of it will be going with myself, if it doubles up there is heaps of storage.
If you work from home you can use the study or if you have a child there is another room available however the rent will be more (Negotiable).
Just looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and who is clean and tidy.
