Upstairs is a double room with a double wardrobe depending on what you require or a another double room with a small wardrobe We are two single guys whom are easy going. Thiis house is fully furnished with big screen T.v. etc, dish washer, washing machine , dryer. The rooms are unfurnished. Two easy going males, we like to relax and enjoy social drinks. WE are away a lot so we need people who are reliable and who are security conscious. The house has a DVS system and central airconditioning, it is 5 minutes away from Westfield mall, Wairau Park and motorway, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood with off street parking as well. Power bill is spilt between flatmates, we do have internet and we spilt that as well.
