Bus stop for takapuna stops just a few doors down. If you want to get to the city the marina is a 8 minute walk to get on the ferry to city.
House is 70's style nothing posh but clean. Power bill is split 3 ways each month & is approx $50/60 per month each. Water bill is every 3 months & is approx $15 each per 3 months. Wifi included in rent. Ideally looking for a social flatmate not one that hides in his room all the time. We do have a few beers at weekends & go to town as well. Not a party house and do respect flatmates privacy & being considerate. I think I have said enough but feel free to ask anything.
