We have a flat in Carol Lee Place, which is about five minutes from Albany Village. Our flat has four bedrooms, with all the essentials (fridge, dishwasher, etc...) and a large outside area. It's part of a fairly recent subdivision, and has plenty of parking (both on-site, and on-street.) Although none of us are obsessive about it, we do generally try to keep our flat fairly clean and tidy.

Dale: A graduate of an economics degree at Waikato, Dale's hobbies include fine wine, quality time spent with his cats, socializing in general, and the occasional party. By night, Dale fires up the batmobile and ventures on a crime-fighting spree.

Adam: Works for Visionstream. Assuming his position as flat-dad, Adam's hobbies include computers / video games, good books, movies, socializing in general, and keeping it real. If you talk to Adam nicely, he might even show you his Iron-man suit with the built-in jetpack.

Mel: Qualified as a nanny, now works (as you'd imagine) as a Legal Secretary. Melanie's hobbies include keeping Adam out of trouble, books, movies, music, and spending time with friends. Enjoys a casual glass of wine. Damsel in distress, seeking another girl to join the flat, to help combat the general (albeit humorous) chauvinism. Super-hero role in itself.

Greg: Also a graduate an economics degree from Waikato University. Greg's catch phrase is usually something to the effect of "so...um...what was I thinking...". Greg's hobbies involve spending time with his computer, spending time with his friends, and a variety of sports. He has an extreme aversion to Kryptonite.

Collectively, we generally enjoy anything that involves social interaction, be it cards, bowling, movies, beaching, or the occasional drinks with friends.
