The house is located down a culdesac in a no exit street and close to the weymouth beach, 2 mins away from public transport and not far from clendon shopping centre (New World, Warehouse, Laundromat, Video Store, Work and income, Bakery, Dairy, Bar, On the Run petrol station etc. Area is quiet with the occaisional party heard from down the street but not to loud. The house has 2 bedrooms, seperate bathroom and shower, bathroom has shower over bath tub. Internal garage. I normally clean the house from top to bottom but that will be left up to the potention flatmate, room will be cleaned by the renter. More will be discussed through contact. I take pride in peoples privacy I would appreciate the same.

Would prefer a flatmate thats clean and tidy and helps pay their part of the rent on time. Someone considerate and sociable and doesnt mind the odd little drink every now and then.
