10-15 minute walk to Newmarket/Parnell, 5 minute walk to Dairy and 10 minute walk to Remuera shops (supermarket/bakery/everything). Also West Tamaki Drive and its beaches (Mission Bay/St Heliers etc.) are 5 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop 20 meters down the road that takes you into Britomart every 30-45 minutes.
