Hi and welcome to our beautiful house in Point Chevalier!

We live in a beautiful big two storey house in a quiet street off Point Chev Road right next to the beach.

There is a big kitchen and living area with gas and a dishwasher and the living area has a wood fire which is pretty essential and awesome at warming up the place. There are french doors at the end of the living room which open up onto a big deck with a barbecue area and stunning views out to the beach and the ocean. The pictures of the living room are a little old - we now also have a 3 seater sofa with chaise, and a 42" Plasma TV, which includes Sky and Sky Sports for the guys :-).

The room for rent is a big upstairs area with a double wardrobe, carpeted floors and gets plenty of sunlight.

Parking is available on the street, and there is a dairy at the end end of the street and Point Chev shops close by. Beach and parks on the doorstep!

Who are we? We are four young professionals in our mid twenties who work in everything from banking to personal training. We work during the day but love to come home in the evening and hang out and cook dinner together.

We are looking for someone who is of a similar age and works during the day and enjoys being part of a social flat. We have two beautiful cats so you must love cats!

Expenses are $30 a week and cover water, power, sky, internet etc.
