Current tenant 23yo male professional.

House is recently renovated, fantastic sunny big lounge, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One garage and two offstreet carparks!. Tonnes of storage space in the garage. MySKy with movies and sport, and also a home theatre system and a LCD TV (32").

There are two rooms available

1 x Double room with large cupboard and side windows - $200pw
1 x Slightly larger double room with cupboard and front windows - $200pw

Both rooms share one large bathroom with bath/shower, washing machine, and toilet.

House has a brand new Fujitsu Heat pump in the lounge which makes the house really warm, and the house also has a DVS air ventilation system to stop condensation and improve air flow.

Rent $200pw, move in costs two weeks rent and 3 weeks bond.

Expenses are shared equally. Or flat fee pw if that is preferred possibly (probably around $30-40pw)
