A room is coming available on the 13/7/12 in a 4bedroom house in Meadowbank-15mins approx drive to the city,10mins drive to Newmarket,close to Meadowbank Shopping Centre,Mission Bay&bus stop accros the road.The room is unfurnished,on the second floor,has built in double robes&a great view.Home-sharing w/4awesome individuals (including a young couple) 20-23y/o who are a mix of professionals&students from NZ.
Sad to leaving this happy home-but moving due to work commitments.My loss, your gain:)
Rent is $150 p/w plus $30 p/w for bills (including water,power,internet&cleaning products).
