Large three storey house situated in the heart of Meadowbank, close to Remuera.
We have had one flatmate move overseas and we are now looking for a flatmate to move in with us.

Room is situated on the second level of the house, and it comes with a King Single bed if you need it. There is a large space for storage in the room and easy access to a bathroom containing a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.

The house is almost fully furnished :) There is a washing machine, drier, pull out washing lines, outdoor BBQ area, awesome deck with a nice view, 2 fridges, dishwasher and lounge suite.
More furniture is not a problem, plenty of space.

Rent excludes expenses. Expenses are $30.00 a week which covers WiFi, Power, Water and cleaning products.

Situated down a driveway, off the road. There is secure parking on the road also.

Current flatmates include: A couple and two other girls all 20-25 years old. All are working in a range of industries, all the girls are either studying or are about to finish study. A very social bunch, love to go out together and have a good laugh.
