On main transport routes (bus practically at the end of the drive and train a few minutes' walk away) yet all you can hear are the wind and the birds!

Sloping backyard with vegie garden, native birds, trees and butterflies.

House is two-bedroomed with separate loo and laundry. Room available is a double and has a built-in single wardrobe. Comes with a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a tallboy. It gets the morning sun and has an almost Mediterranean outlook.

The house is fully furnished and has a woodburner for cosy winter nights.

Bills cost is just an approximation as I don't know how much you'll use! When I'm by myself, they're pretty low. Past flatmates have generally done their own cooking, but I'm open to a partial sharing arrangement.

I'm looking for a professional, considerate flatmate who will appreciate this place for what it is. Gender & orientation are unimportant. Respect is. No smokers or couples, sorry. Prefer someone close-ish to my age.

The place has a cat flap if you have one of those, but isn't fully fenced for dogs that like to wander. It's down a ROW so safe from traffic.
