Very small double room. (Prefer singles at this stage).

*** hey update people. Really nice to get some people interested in this thanks. The Apartment is not available about 3 weeks, 28th July.

*** I will make a couple of Public Showings hopefully a week before that. (On a Saturday 21st July all day)

*** Foreign students are welcome to apply and I always enjoy meeting new people and students.

***There is a possiblity for a room share if you wanted to have a friend with you i.e. so there is two per your room. (Work out a deal if that was the case i.e. $100 each)

The place is $350 + exp so prob be about $10 - $20 top rent. Only Basic power as may not get a phone line.
