We are looking for someone to share our flat, which is a 3 bedroom freestanding house in Ellerslie.

It is close walking distance to trains and buses, Ellerslie shops and business parks, and an easy drive to supermarkets and easy access to motorway on and off ramps.

The house is three bedrooms, with a spacious lounge, separate dining/kitchen and a generous washroom. The bathroom and the toilet are separate. There is a large sunny outdoor area, fenced and surrounded by a tall hedge for privacy which will be perfect for a wine or two and a BBQ during summer.

The bedroom available is spacious, with lots of light. It is provided empty of furnishing. The rest of the house is furnished, but we are happy to discuss integrating anything that you may wish to bring with you.

Rent and bills are $240 per week.
