The apartment has a fully furnished huge lounge with expansive harbour views out to the Shore and Rangitoto.

House Rules:

Common areas need to be kept spotless. As you can see from the pics, I like the house neat and uncluttered. That's one of the reason there will be just three people living in a quite a big apartment, don't want to crowd it.

Noise - Two completely different set of rules depending on the day of the week. Basically Monday to Friday, we both need to be quiet, no loud guests, no late night parties.

Friday & Saturday nights, have a blast as long as you don't disturb my really friendly neighbours. There are normally parties every other weekend which carry on till late, so need someone who enjoys late weekend nights.

There is a projector that can be setup to watch movies. There is also an iPod connectible music system that's pretty good.

The 24 hour Foodtown is a minutes walk away which makes the apartment extremely convenient.

Five mins walk away from the Viaduct and downtown bars and restaurants

Ideal Flatmate:
Anyone who's neat, can be quiet during the week and doesn't mind some noise on the weekend.

Terms:
- Available for a 2.5 month term between 18th May and 31st July.
- Rent will be set at 300$ a week
