Flatmates:	4 other flatmates

2 large double rooms available in 6 bedroom house. Close to Auckland airport.

Rent includes - lawns, pool maintenance, rental of fridge and washing machine and cleaning supplies

House has 2 living rooms both with fireplaces, dinning room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, swimming pool and tennis court.

We are all working professionals aged 20 -30 years. Some are shift workers.

We are looking for someone around the same age. Easy to get on with, must be house trained and don't mind mucking in when we have a working bee or something.We have the odd drink now and then but not a party house.

We will provide: Bed, Couch, TV, DVD player, Broadband Internet, Microwave, Fridge, Washing machine, Bath, Swimming pool
