1 room available in large modern house in Mt Albert / Avondale area. House is situated down a long driveway so its a very private and safe area.

Room is medium size with large waredrobe and is connected to a shared bathroom.

We are looking for 1 x female to move in the weekend before 18th February. Must work full time.

Bond is $600 + 2 x weeks rent in advance. Rent is $145 per week and expenses are split as they come in.

We all cook separately as we have different schedules. However we all like to hang out together whether its watching a movie or having a quiet drink.
