4 existing flatmates, all professionals, aged between 21-28, 3 guys, 1 girl. All pretty social but not too noisy during the week as we mostly work Monday-Friday.

Looking for a clean and tidy, easy-going flatmate, preferably female aged 21-28.

Handy to both Mt Eden road and Dominion road so easy access to bus routes.

Room is $152 and includes power, water, broadband internet and flat essentials like toilet paper and cleaning products. Flat is pretty fully furnished with fridge, freezer, washing machine, table, couches etc.

There is definitely room if you have furniture, otherwise big double garage for storage if needbe.
