Situated in Emily Place just down from the Reserve and a short walk to the High Court, University or Queen Street, the location is central to the universities, bus, train and ferry transport with easy access to motorways.

The Carlisle comprises 20 apartments. Converted in 1993/94 from its original use as a warehouse, the building is constructed over a total of five levels comprising a basement level with security carparking and internal access to four levels of apartments.

The current flatmate is an Auckland Uni student, looking for a flatmate preferably in a similar life stage. Preferably someone relatively introverted but comfortable dealing with others. My interests include; computer games, gym, bartending and obscure music.

The room itself comes furnished with a double bed, duvet if required and a desk.
